Posted by webmaster on Wednesday, August 7 2002 Every cowboy loves his bar-b-que! 4 cups Catsup 1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1-1/2 tsp. Paprika 1 tsp. Cayenne 1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper 1 tsp. Garlic Salt 1 tsp. Celery Salt 1 tsp. Onion Salt 1 tsp. Seasoned Salt 1 tsp. Dry Mustard 1/4 tsp. Liquid Smoke (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until bubbly, not boiling. Cool, pour into jars, and refrigerate.
Makes 4-1/2 cups.
